MRABILITY Finance is a loan aggregation platform that helps users compare and apply for financial products from partner banks and NBFCs. We are not a bank or lender — we are a technology platform that facilitates connections between borrowers and lenders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age
You must be an Indian citizen or resident
You must provide accurate and truthful information
You must have a valid PAN card and bank account

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our systems

5. Loan Applications

Submission of a loan application through MRABILITY Finance does not guarantee approval. Final loan approval, interest rates, and terms are determined solely by the respective lending institution. MRABILITY Finance is not responsible for any lending decisions made by partner banks and NBFCs.

6. Fees

MRABILITY Finance's comparison and application services are free for users. We earn referral fees from our partner lenders. This does not affect the interest rates or terms offered to you — we are required to show you the best available offers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MRABILITY FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MRABILITY Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed ₹10,000 or the fee paid by you, whichever is lower.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
